What are the payment possibilities at Lunado?
Lunado has several payment conditions, which are listed below. If you have any questions about payments or invoices, please contact our administration department. You can do this via the below contact form. Please include the following details, if applicable:

• Order or invoice number
• Invoice amount or amount paid
• Date of payment

1. Payment in advance
Payment by bank transfer. You order will be dispatched as soon as we have received the full amount in our account. We will not dispatch the order until the transfer has taken place. If you need your order sooner, we recommend you send us proof of payment to administratie@lunado.nl.

You can transfer the amount to the following account number:

2. On account*
You can also pay on account. More information? Ask about the options.

* After your order has been received Interpolis will perform a credit check. This might take some time. So expect different delivery terms.

3. Continuous Business Euro Direct Debit (continuous authorisation)
This authorisation is only intended for payments between companies. By signing this authorisation you give us permission to debit the invoice amount automatically from your bank account. This authorisation does not allow you to reverse the payment. Up to and including the day of implementation the debtor can request its own bank not to perform the debit transaction. Ask your bank about the conditions.

REMEMBER: Your account can only be debited if you also give your bank permission for this. For more information visit your bank’s website.
