Opening hours

Lunado Group B.V. has a head office in Rotterdam and a branch in Germany. The opening hours below are those of the head office in Rotterdam.

Office & warehouse 

Monday to Friday
8.30 a.m. - 12.30 p.m.
1.00 p.m. - 5.00 p.m.

Lunado Group B.V. is closed every workday between 12.30 p.m. and 1 p.m.

Planning holidays

We know from experience that the transport sector is also busier during this period. As a result, transport times may increase around holidays, which is beyond our control.      

*Custom-made tubes: due to holidays, our occupancy is a bit lower than usual.        
*Customised prints: in the week of Christmas and the week of New Year's Eve, the delivery time of prints is 2 to 3 days longer than our normal delivery time. This also applies to rush orders.        

5 December
Closed at 15:00.

12 December
Due to inventory counting, we cannot process orders.
Closed at 13:00.

24 December
On Tuesday 24 December, we will be open until 15:00. Due to early exchange of transport partners, we cannot bring orders for shipment after 11:30 am.

25 and 26 December CLOSED

27 December
On Friday 27 December, our warehouse is closed so virtually no orders will be processed.
However, our office is open.

31 December
Due to the year-end closing, we cannot process orders.
Closed at 15:00.

1 January CLOSED
