I want to return my order. How do I do that?
At Lunado you can be sure that your order will be correctly processed and completed. Nevertheless, something might go wrong and you will have to return your purchase. In the Terms and Conditions for Returns of Lunado Group B.V. you can read about how to return your goods. We recommend you read these Terms and Conditions for Returns carefully and ask you not to return your product after you filled out the return fom.

Once you have received a return packing note from us, the return shipment is our responsibility. If you return your shipment to us at your own initiative, the risk is borne by the buyer. This means that Lunado is not responsible if the product is lost or damaged. For further details we refer you to our General Terms and Conditions.

My order has been damaged during shipment. What should I do now?
If your order has been damaged during shipment, we advise you to delay returning the article until your file is dealt with. You can report damage during shipment via the transport damage form below.

We provide almost all our products with a guarantee. The guarantee period differs for each article. You can find more information attached to the article itself. If your article has a defect, we will be happy to help you find a suitable solution. You can claim your guarantee through the form below.

What should I do about an incorrect or deficient delivery?
An order might, unfortunately, not be delivered completely or correctly by us. In that case we kindly request you to fill out the "incorrect and short delivery form" below. After receiving your report we will seek a suitable solution as soon as possible.
